Pump Repair
Bender CCP specializes in the overhaul, repair and improvement of most makes and models of pumps and other engineered rotating equipment. All repairs and manufacturing are performed to OEM and industry standards.
Compressor Repair
Bender CCP will rebuild your used compressor cylinders back to original sizes. We can rebuild used cylinder bores at a fraction of the cost of replacement cylinders. With our large machining capacity we can easily manufacture replacement cylinder liners to meet project specifications.
Gear Box Repair
Bender CCP provides a full range of gearbox repair services. Provided in our facilities as well as on-site, with full inspection at the end of the job to ensure years of additional service.
Hydro Repair
Periodically, all hydroelectric valves, turbines and associated equipment require a major overhaul. The extent of the work required during an overhaul will depend a great deal on operating conditions such as water quality and how the unit was loaded. Our experience can be an asset to your organization for your shutdown.
Turbine Repair
Our team brings more than 40 years of expertise in turbine overhauls In-Place at the customer site, or in one of our facilities along the western seaboard. From inspection, safe removal from the site, overhaul and installation of the overhauled turbine, Bender CCP utilizes the most advanced repair, manufacturing and tooling design practices available.
Cylinder Restoration
Our Mobile Field Service Unit is fully equipped to service North America and Canada. With additional equipment to service the Flexographic Printing Industry worldwide.
